Are you tired of being scammed? Sick and tired of admins posting up beautiful sites that scam right after you invest? Lacking the confidence to invest in a program because you think they’ll scam? Well, I have the the solution for you. (well, not literally as I do not own the program, but I’ve just found the next best thing :p)

It’s called "The Hyip Insurer", or THI for short, it’s the first HYIP insurance company in HYIP industry. and it is owned by none other than full time internet marketer & hyip investor, TJ Price. He’s an acquaintance of mine, and he recently approached me with this exciting idea of offering HYIP insurance as he is quite a problem-solver because he realizes that the industry needs something revolutionary to change, to impact and to stimulate healthy growth. He believes that everyone needs protection from scams, and started thinking about different ways to promote safe investment. What follows is this phenomenal idea in the form of an insurance company.

The whole concept of insurance for investors is quite easy to grasp, once you read his website(@ TheHYIPInsurer.com) for a little. It took me some time to understand it, but after some friendly chats with the admin (who, I might say, is online quite a bit), I figured it out and bought my first insurance package for a very affordable rate. Nonetheless, I’ll attempt to explain the concept right here.

First off, there are 4 insurance plans offered: HR Insurance (High Risk High ROI Programs), GH Insurance(Golden HYIPs such as programs that have been paying consistently for a certain amount of time and maintain low-mid ROI), LTLI Insurance Plan (Long Term Low ROI HYIPs) and finally there’s the TAS Insurance (Autosurfs). These are the 4 plans offered, and you can purchase your insurance based on the investment programs that you wish to invest in.

You can take a look at the plans here:

TheHYIPInsurer Plans

What is insurance for HYIP some may ask? Well, exactly what it is in the real world! Let’s say that you want to invest $100, and the insurance premium (listed on the site) is $10 for that particular program. So you contact TJ (**veryimportant!**) regarding which program you wish to invest in and the insurance plan you wish to purchase. Upon agreement, you can then invest, without any single doubt of being scammed, in that program. Then, one of two things will follow.

First option. you could get paid out like you usually do, and go on your merry ways. This, undoubtedly, brings profits to both TJ and you, as he earns his insurance premium fees and you make your profit. Double joy! But things don’t always progress as smoothly as you would like. Sometimes you LOSE money in programs. And in most cases, the money you invested is already long gone by the time you realized that. Now what happens? No worries guys, because TJ will be right on it! This is where your insurance comes in play.

This is the second option. #2 is if the admin scams you & runs away, then you just file a claim with THI, and you will be sent your entire investment of $100 right back to your LR, AP, PM or PayPal account within 24 hours.

There are fees associated with different payment processors, however, and I’ll briefly go through it. You can invest via LR, AP, PM or any payment processor you wish, and you can then file a claim with TJ to be paid to a different payment processor. However, for Paypal, TJ charges 20% processing fees and administration fees, 8% for PerfectMoney, 5% for AlertPay and no fees at all for Liberty Reserve. For example, if you wish to invest $100 in a HYIP via LR, and in the unfortunate event that the admin scams before you make your profit, you can then file a claim with TJ with a receipt of your payment to the program, and you may request to be reimbursed to any payment processor of your choice.

The purchase price for the insurance varies. The prices depend on two things:

The types of HYIPs you wish to invest in

Your personal experience in the industry

Needless to say, HR Insurance, or insurance for high risk high roi programs, and TAS Insurance, insurance for autosurfs, command the highest fees of all 4 plans as they pose the highest risks. The starting price for HR Insurancestarts at 10.72% of your investment and could go as low as 5.74% of your investment; whereas the starting price for TAS Insurance starts at 12.46% and could go as low as 10.50% of your investment. TJ needs to first, however, verify your identity as an investor(which means how long you’ve been investing in HYIPs) through forum accounts or profile information, and then he will categorize you into one of 5 groups of investors, which would later determine how much you need to pay TJ. The more experience you have in the field, the lower your rates are.

Here’s the breakdown of groups of investors and fees associated:

5+ Years In the Online Investment Industry- S Class

3-5 Years In the Online Investment Industry- A Class

1-3 Years In the Online Investment Industry- B Class

3-12 Months In the Online Investment Industry- C Class

Anything less than 3 months experience- Not eligible for insurance.

As you can see, S Class investors will get the lowest rates in all 4 insurance plans, which means only a mere 5.74% of your total investment if you wish to purchase HR Insurance plan. For those who have been in this industry for less than 3 months have no luck then, as they have to wait until they have accumulated enough experience in this field. I know some might question the viability of classifying investors based on investing experience, so please do not hesitate to email the admin, TJ by completing a form on his website,TheHYIPInsurer, or you can email me (by clicking on the Email Me link on top of my blog page or posting a comment on my ShoutBox) to inquire more about this exciting insurance company.

Anyway I think that overall this is a fresh new idea that the industry needs. Insurance for investors, I just love the sound of that, don’t you?

So what are you guys waiting for? Go over towww.TheHyipInsurer.com & read all about what TJ is offering. Then send him an email with the program that you want to invest in, and he’ll give you the exact price that you should send him.

Making MAGIC with Google- The vast importance of domain name selection

First off, welcome back to the blog. Thanks for visiting.

Some rules:

Only work with exact match, top level domains -.com, .net and .org

Seek niches that have a minimum of 2400 EXACT match local monthly

Look for three PR- or PR-0 sites in the top ten results on Google

Launch a tightly focused, insanely optimized, seo savvy, css based site that showcases your niche’s KWP with laser focus. One page of content with 350-1000 words and 3 site pages (about, contact and privacy) is all you need.

In my own SEO work, I have seen examples of .com and .net domain names bouncing to page 1 of Google overnight. So I know there is some truth to it. Lately I have been trying to think of why exactly Google seems to give such a high preference to exact match domain names.

Here are a few reasons I came up with:

Reason 1 – Web Browser interface ambiguity

First off, in my experience, there are a great many internet users who do not understand the difference between the three input edit boxes that Internet Explorer displays. (e.g. the URL address box, the quick search box, and the Google search box on the webpage itself). Yes, there are stupid people in this world… or at least clueless ones.

I have tried repeatedly to explain to my own grandpa the difference between these 3 boxes, but he doesn’t get it and never will.

Also note that these days, the browser’s URL address box also acts as a search box — if an exact URL format is not entered. (UNLESS you are using Safari. I am not sure about Chrome or Opera either though.)

Reason 2 – The Web Browser is now used as an application starter

Possibly because of the above reasons (and because Google has the best spell checker in the world) millions of people think of Google, not as a search engine, but rather, as a "web application starter".

For example, consider the below Exact Match stats for the month of December 2009:

506,000,000 Facebook
16,600,000 Face Book
24,900,000 Michael Jackson
3,350,000 Angelina Jolie

This means that last month, people went to Google, typed the word "facebook", and pressed enter, 506 million times. (That’s 6 BILLION times a year).

Wow… there are about 6 billion people on this planet. INSANE.

Now obviously, the vast majority of these people were not looking for information on how to use facebook. Additionally, most of these people know that the facebook address is actually facebook.com. But they have stopped typing the dot com part! Instead, they have simply gotten used to clicking the first website link in the Google SERP.

So I think one of the reason why exact match domain names are given so much value by Google, is because Google understands that most people simply don’t like to bookmark sites, nor type in the dot com extension.

Most people use Google as a "search engine" AND as a "URL parser" (a "Web application starter").

In other words, half of the time, the biggest search engine in the world is not a search engine at all! It’s just adding a .com for people too lazy to type it.

If you think of all of the searches typed in to Google on any given month, I bet the majority of them are simply people asking Google to add a .com to their phrase. Google’s job is to give people the website they seek. Usually the website a person seeks is simply this:

the actual word phrase typed in + a period + the .com or .net extension

Using this one VERY simple formula, you could actually probably do HALF of googles search load.

If you stop and think about this a moment, that’s a pretty profound statement.

The engineers at google must know this. Hence another reason why exact match domains are so valued.

Reason 3 – Contrary to popular belief, competition is really quite beatable for the VAST majority of keywords

Question: When you tell people you work in "IM", or you are an "SEO guy", or an "Affiliate Marketer", how many people know what you’re talking about? (And how many people ask you what the #$@&* are you talking about?!)

Question: How many people here know that, before July of 2008 Google’s Keyword Tool didn’t even have search statistics on it! That was 18 months ago!

Point being, internet marketing is new. Very new.

And, even most people who are internet savvy and own websites, still do not really even know or understand what these words mean:

Backlink
Anchor text
Page Rank

There are a handful of phrases that are fiercely fought over. For example:

mesothelioma

credit cards

auto Insurance

DUI Lawyer

online dating

make money online (DUH!!)

But, for the vast majority of terms, there are usually very few people in the world who are actively trying to rank for them. Usually, after you get passed the first 2 or 3 websites on the Google SERP, chances are, for any given term, the rest of the sites on Google’s first page don’t even know they are there.

Point being, simply by knowing a minimal amount of SEO, and owning the exact match URL, you are already giving Google most of what they are looking for.

Reason 4 – The big 3 SOC numbers

There is a reason why Google has given us the following functions:

QUOTE

allinurl
allintitle
allinanchor

Because, it is primarily via this method that ranking is determined. In a precise theoretical application of the PageRank algorithm, allinanchor should really be the only element that matters. And, as we can see when we type in the word "Click Here", it does indeed matter a great deal. "Click here" leads you to the Adobe Acrobat page. This page is not in any way optimized for the term "click here". Yet it ranks number one for it.

But look who is at position 2 on the Google page. ClickHere.com is. You can see, they even beat the Apple QuickTime viewer and several other Adobe pages. Now I seriously doubt that ClickHere.com has as many backlinks as Apple and Adobe. And yet, they are at position two.

Why?

Because they have the exact match domain name.

Reason 5 – If the domain is still available – this means something

Here’s another reason why the ClickBump method works. You can consider the amount of domain names available for sale as another indicator of ‘strength of competition’. For example, all of the domain names for the word "credit card" are gone. Credit cards are highly competitive. But if you find a keyword phrase, and its exact match .com or .net is still available, then this tells you no one has cared enough about the phrase yet to try to monetize it. Hence, just by virtue of the fact that the domain name is available at all, you know that the niche in question probably has very low competition. Else, the .com or .net domain names would have already been purchased.

And the point being

Ok so the bottom line is simple.

BUY EXACT MATCH DOMAIN NAMES

We all know that the domain name isn’t everything. Else, the first 3 results for every search would always be the .com .net and .org. However, the point of all this is to point out that, all things considered, the Google engine seems to be simply programmed to give exact match domain names "free points" — that you wouldnt otherwise get if you just chose some random name or had a free blog.

So the question

I recently finished my own program that does the following.

1. Takes in hundreds of CSV files of Google Adsense data (from the Google keywordtool)
2. Sorts this list by projected monthly revenue

3. Grabs the 10 pagerank numbers of the top 10 URL’s in Google
4. Determines if a .com, .net, or .org domain name is available

Because of this tool, I am able find thousands of keywords that pass the ClickBump formula in seconds (I just let it run over night and it sucks down data while I sleep).

e.g. The program looks for word phrases in which a few of the websites on page 1 of Google have a low PageRank. (This is very similar to the method used by TheKeywordAcademy as well.) Then it checks if the domain name is available for the keyword phrase.

I am about to do another bulk order of 50 domain names following the above outlined exact match methods. This is a bit pricey in terms of dollars and time and copywriting costs. Hence, I’d really like to get some input on the above musings.

Here are some questions to ponder:

Am I way off here? Any experienced SEO guys want to chime in here? Have you seen similar phenomena with .com .net and .org domain names in your industry?

Has anyone had similar luck with .biz domain names?

How about .info? (Can’t beat the $1.99 pricing @ namecheap, right?)

Is this just a ‘what came first – chicken or egg’ scenario? In other words, are our .com and .net domains ranking because google values these extensions? OR, are our .com and .net domains ranking because, the competition was REALLY low when we bought it. Else, the name wouldn’t have been for sale to begin with – it would have been purchased years ago.

lisa.com is for sale for $3,500,000 in cash! Just thought I’d point this out.

Comments welcome, hope you enjoyed this post.

Cheers, TJ

Greetings! Thought I would write up an article about HYIPs and post it here. I usually talk about internet marketing, but I thought that I would shake things up a little today. Follow these tips!

1. One cycle only. There are plenty more fish in the sea, just get in for one round. Of course there are exceptions to the rule, such as Genius Funds… but 99% of the time one cycle is all that you need.

2. NEVER invest more than you can lose. This rule is as popular as the one in internet marketing that says "the money is in your list". Think about it, don’t invest all your money.

3. Keep things in mind. HYIP admins come to scam people, that’s what they are here for. Why else wouldn’t then open a legitimate office? Keep it in mind when you are investing.

4. Return the favor. HYIP admins are providing us with a great service. Return the favor by voting positive on forums & monitors.

5. Your gain is another’s loss, and another’s gain. . You might win in HYIPs, but just think how you would feel if you lost. Am I right? Then again, it’s another’s gain as well, such as the HYIP admin… lol

5 Great tips sure to give a newbie some small advice that he needs. Remember, Newbie, HYIPs are dangerous. And so are admins… don’t mess with the wrong admin, because you never know what they are involved in "behind the scenes".

If you are serious about internet marketing, and increasing traffic to your website by any means necessary, one of the avenues well worth considering is that of article marketing. Article marketing involves using content that is keyword rich, informal and easy to access to draw potential customers and visitors into your website. There are numerous benefits associated with using internet marketing through the act of article marketing, five of which are outlined in detail below.

1 – Through article marketing you are providing additional avenues for potential customers and other visitors to find your website because you are creating additional links to your website on highly trafficked websites. The more avenues there are for potential visitors to find you, the more likely you are to be found.

2 – Through article marketing, you are building inbound links to your website. These inbound links are one-way links, which makes them the most advantageous type of linking for search engines like Google to follow. If your search engine page rank matters to you, then creating these inbound links is an important part of marketing your website, and article marketing can allow you to achieve this quickly and effectively.

3 – Article marketing allows you to build a name for yourself. Most article syndication websites have biography sections where you can share information about yourself and your niche. By writing informative articles that people actually want to read, you are establishing a name for yourself as an authority on whatever subject you are writing about.

4 – Article marketing is free, which is one of the best benefits. You are getting your content out there, spreading the word about your website to the world, and it does not cost you a dime. By putting your content out there, you are building powerfully on your traffic potential, and submitting your content to article directories will not cost you anything but some of your time when putting your articles together to submit.

5 – Article marketing allows you to make excellent use of keywords, because you are writing about something that relates to your website. When you create links and get your name out there in content that is rich with relevant keywords, it will increase the SEO capabilities of your site, and allow you to build a powerful correlation between the information that you are offering in your article, and the capabilities of your website. Customers will have one of those eureka moments when they realize that they can travel to your site for more of the same excellent information, and this is an outstanding way to draw in new visitors from a highly respected source for information.

There are numerous other benefits associated with internet marketing through article marketing, but these should jump start your thinking processes when it comes to crafting articles to bring new visitors to your website. If you are serious about internet marketing, writing articles for syndication for the purpose of article marketing is certainly an advantageous way for you to go.

Hello everyone, and welcome back to the blog. I really appreciate that you have come here!! Today I want to share with you another marketing technique that you can use to your advantage with your IM’ing.

Yes, I know I explained this idea before, but it is a really really good idea! Let me explain it some more…

What to do

First thing you need to do is register a free blogger.com blog.

What I Did

1. So the first thing I did was keyword research; I did this through using the free google keyword tool; I tried to find certain niches which showed decent traffic/searches and minimum competition.

2. Once I had found that keyword, I had signed up to blogger and named the site the keyword, or something with the keyword inside it. So that was my blog set-up, without buying a domain!

3. Then I wrote a unique article, consisting of 300-400 words, which was relevant to the niche and keyword.

4. The next step is to install google adsense.

5. I then used SEnuke to submit articles, ping and basic backlink building. The URL was just the blogger URL given to you after you finish creating the blog.

Results

So I don’t think I was actually ranked in the first few pages in google for my keywords, but I started seeing I was for some reason getting traffic through the search engines, and then when I checked my adsense account I saw I made around $1/$2, not much, I know lol. However, as I continued backlink building I found my adsense revenue to around $5-$10 in the first month. I also continued writing new articles, but kept it at one article 3 times a week, because, frankly, I just got bored of writing them lol.

Anyway so I thought, why not do this exact same thing again and again with different blogs; it’s months later and I now have 800+ blogs, which average out between $5000-$8000 in Adsense Income.

It might seem like a lot of work, but I now outsource it all, so it’s kinda on automation and growing . my outsourcing costs me around $500-$700 a month, and I have two people working for me; one that set’s up the blogs and one that churns out articles!

But the bottom line is, for some reason, it works.

AMAZING!!! Try this out yourself and let me know how it works.
